How Full Is Your Bucket? Positive Strategies for Work and Life Review

How Full is Your Bucket

How Full is Your Bucket

Since the banking crisis in 2008/9 a kind of gloom and despondency has hit the world. The news is full of worrying information, and I as an ordinary person wonders what the future will hold for all people. This year in the UK we have had a very short summer, with too much rain and it has affected certain crops quite badly. Other parts of the world it has been so dry and there has been dreadful fires which again has affected certain crops, wheat mainly, especially in the USA. Here in Europe we have held our breath over the plight of Greece, and there is a kind of not knowing what is going to happen if Greece pulls out of the Euro. So it is easy to get negative, and focus on the what ifs!! But as a Christian, that is not the right path for me, and I am so grateful that I can have a close walk with my Heavenly Father and Jesus and can stand on the wonderful promises of God given in His Holy Word.

The ancient Israelites were on their way to the Promised Land after wandering about in the wilderness for 40 years, but they were supposed to get rid of all the peoples in the Promised Land, and sadly they didn’t, and the struggle for the Promised Land goes on today. As a Christian I am on my way to the Land of Promises, and yes there is a similar struggle, but it is an inward one, I have to stand on the Promises of God until He makes them my own, until I see the reality of them. I must not look at the what ifs, I must look to the Light. The thief comes to kill, steal and destroy, but Jesus came to give life, and life abundantly.

  3. It’s my belief that mesothelioma is usually the most lethal cancer. It contains unusual features. The more I look at it the harder I am sure it does not react like a true solid tissue cancer. If mesothelioma is a rogue viral infection, so there is the chance for developing a vaccine along with offering vaccination to asbestos uncovered people who are vulnerable to high risk of developing long run asbestos related malignancies. Thanks for giving your ideas for this important health issue.

Another thing I have really noticed is that often for many people, low credit score is the reaction to circumstances outside of their control. Such as they may have already been saddled with an illness and because of this they have more bills for collections. Maybe it’s due to a job loss and the inability to work. Sometimes divorce can send the finances in an opposite direction. Thanks for sharing your ideas on this website.
