I was wanting a book that would highlight the need to switch off all computers and mobiles etc, in order to get a good nights sleep. I was hoping that this would illustrate and article I posted on my healthandfitness4you.net blog about the importance of good nights sleep and how many youngsters these days are suffering from sleep deprivation. This book was the closest I could find at Amazon, but it does illustrate that when people do switch off albeit only once a week that there ability to work better improved enormously.
