The Small Change Diet – 10 steps to a thinner, healthier you. I like the sound of that. I have never coped with a drastic diet, it used to be that you had to count your calories and 1200 was the maximum you could eat. I have never coped with a calory controlled diet, it seems to trigger low blood sugar in me, or something like low blood sugar. But in the past I have lost considerable amounts of weight, but sadly and very slowly found I would put all the weight back on again, and more.
